The halls of Chapman Middle School were buzzing with extra energy this past Friday as the Sunshine Committee launched its latest "Friday Fuel" initiative. This wasn't just a treat for the staff at Chapman; in the spirit of community, the committee extended the invitation to the faculty and staff of Artemis Virtual Academy as well.
The highlight of the event was the incredible leadership shown by our students. Taking "leading the charge" quite literally, students navigated the "Friday Fuel" cart through the building, ensuring every staff member had the opportunity to take a well-deserved break.
The cart was stocked with a variety of refreshing beverages and snacks, designed to keep bellies full and spirits high as the week came to a close. This initiative serves as a heartfelt "thank you" to our educators and support staff for their tireless dedication. Seeing the smiles shared between the students and staff was a perfect reminder of the strong, supportive community we are building together.
