Tropical Sno Truck visits CES: tomorrow, 10:30 AM until:
The Tropical Sno Truck will be visiting CES on Monday. Scholars will have the opportunity to purchase a treat for $5.00. Assigned class times have been scheduled. Please be sure to send money with your scholar.Historic Theater Debut: "The Ever After: A Musical!"
Our CES Scholars made history with their first-ever theatrical production! A heartfelt thank you to our amazing directors, Mrs. Alvarez and Ms. Stoddard, for their passion and leadership in bringing this production to life.
Special thanks to our special guests and a BIG Shout Out to Mrs. Ward for filming the performance!Our next performance is scheduled for Tuesday, May 20 at 9:00 AM. All parents, guardians, families, and friends are invited and encouraged to attend. You won’t want to miss it!
CES and CMS Senior Clap Out took place last week, and it was a memorable and meaningful celebration for our graduating seniors. A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Cottingham for not only organizing such a special event, but also for continuing the wonderful tradition.

Huntsville City Schools has been proudly accredited by Cognia for over 125 years and has recently earned district accreditation through 2031!
Accreditation is an important process that requires the entire district to reflect on how effectively all parts work together to meet the needs of our students — and your input is a critical part of this effort.
ACAP Scores:
Third grade ACAP scores were sent home on Thursday. Notification emails were also sent to families.

Mental Health Awareness Month: We are proud to partner with our PTA as students participate in fun activities throughout May to promote mental health awareness.
Let's continue making 2025 a year of growth, collaboration, and achievement! We are incredibly grateful for the dedication and hard work of everyone in our school community and look forward to celebrating the successes of our scholars and partners in the months ahead. Together, we’ll inspire, challenge, and support each other to create a lasting impact on education and beyond.
