Dear Challenger Elementary Families,
The first day of school is quickly approaching, and our faculty and staff are hard at work preparing for an extraordinary year of learning, growth, and achievement. It is with great joy that I welcome both our returning families and those new to the Challenger community.

Back-to-School Meet & Greet
We invite you to join us for our Back-to-School Meet & Greet on Monday, August 3, 2026, drop-in anytime between 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
During this drop-in event, families will have the opportunity to:
Meet the CES administrative team and your scholar’s teacher(s)
Drop off school supplies and pick up class materials
Retrieve car-rider numbers
Join our vibrant CES PTA
Important Dates to Remember
July 31, 2026: Classroom Assignments Will Be Shared (Please expect a call from your scholar's 26-27 teacher - Teachers will contact you utilizing the primary contact number listed in PowerSchool)
August 3, 2026 (2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.): Meet & Greet Drop-In Event
August 5, 2026: First Day of School!
September 16, 2026 (5:30 p.m.): CES Open House & General PTA Meeting
Info to Know
All CES scholars are eligible to receive free breakfast and lunch throughout the 2026–2027 school year!
Don’t forget to review the school supply list to ensure your scholar is ready for the 1st day of school.
We cannot wait to welcome our scholars back through our doors as we work together to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. Thank you for partnering with us and entrusting us with your children.
