Dear HCMS Families,
We had a fantastic first week of school! It’s been wonderful to welcome our students back, and we’ve truly enjoyed seeing their energy, excitement, and eagerness to learn. Thank you for your continued support in helping make the start of the year a success.
As we look ahead to our second week, we wanted to share a few important updates:
Student Club Selection – Monday, August 11
We’re excited to offer a variety of clubs for students this year! On Monday, students will be able to select their preferred clubs during school. Clubs are a great opportunity for students to explore new interests, build friendships, and engage in our school community.
Intruder Drill – Thursday, August 14
In alignment with our safety procedures, we will conduct an intruder drill on Thursday. Please know that our top priority is keeping students safe while minimizing any anxiety. Prior to the drill, teachers will review expectations and procedures with students in a calm and age-appropriate manner to help them feel prepared and informed.
