We’re excited to begin Week 12 at Hampton Cove Middle School with a variety of events and celebrations that highlight our students’ talents and achievements! Please take a moment to review the important activities happening this week.
Book Fair — October 27–31
Our annual Book Fair will run all week in the library! Students will have opportunities to visit during ELA classes, and families are encouraged to stop by before or after school to support literacy and our media program.
Fine Arts Events
October 27: Jazz Band performance. Come out and support our talented student musicians!
October 28: Choir performs at the All-City Festival.
October 30: All-State Choir Auditions  Best of luck to our choir students representing HCMS!
October 30: Band Halloween Concert 6:00
Athletics
October 28, 6:30 PM: Football City Championship! Join us as we cheer on our HCMS Bulls in the championship game. Let’s fill the stands with school spirit!
Special Events
October 31: Costume Day! Students may wear school-appropriate costumes—no face coverings or masks, and all costumes must follow dress code guidelines.
October 31: Half Day for Students – please note early dismissal times.
October 31: i-Ready Celebration – recognizing our students’ growth and hard work!
