Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to celebrate an outstanding milestone as we begin Week 15 at Hampton Cove Middle School. HCMS earned a 98 on the Alabama State Report Card, improving from a 96 last year! This achievement reflects the hard work of our students, the dedication of our teachers, and the incredible support of our families. Thank you for your partnership in helping our school continue to grow and excel.

Intruder Drill
November 20 8:15 am: We will conduct a scheduled intruder drill to ensure our students and staff know exactly how to respond in an emgergency. Teachers will prepare students in advance so the drill is calm, safe, and purposeful. Thank you for reinforcing the importance of taking all safety procedures seriously.
School Spelling Bee
November 21: Good luck to all of our participants in the Annual HCMS Spelling Bee! We are proud of the students representing their classes and showcasing their academic excellence. Winners will advance to the district level competition later this year.
