As we move into Week 16 at Hampton Cove Middle School, we are excited to share several important events happening before we transition into the Thanksgiving holiday break. We appreciate your continued support and engagement as we create meaningful opportunities for our students.
Please review this week's events below:
Science Fair at HCMS
Monday, November 24: Our students will have the opportunity to showcase their creativity, critical thinking, and scientific inquiry during the HCMS Science Fair. We are proud of the hard work our students have put into preparing their projects, and we look forward to celebrating their accomplishments.
Jazz Band Rehearsal
Monday, November 24: The HCMS Jazz Band will rehearse after school. We look forward to hearing their continued progress as they prepare for upcoming performances.
Basketball Home Game vs. Chapman
Monday, November 24: Come cheer on our Bulls as they take on Chapman at home! We hope to see our families in the stands supporting our student-athletes.
Academic Team Meet at Challenger
Monday, November 24: Good luck to our Academic Team as they compete at Challenger. We are proud of their hard work and representation of HCMS.
Club Day
Tuesday, November 25: Students will participate in Club Day, allowing them to explore interests, build connections, and engage in hands-on learning experiences outside the traditional classroom.
8th Grade Field Trip
Tuesday, November 25: Our 8th graders will visit the Career Tech Center to explore future pathways and learn about the incredible programs available to them in high school. Permission ships and reminders will be sent out by teachers.
Thanksgiving Break
November 26 - 28: Hampton Cove Middle School will be closed for Thanksgiving Break. We hope all of our families enjoy a safe, restful, and joyful holiday with loved ones.
