Welcome back from what I hope was a restful and enjoyable Thanksgiving Break spent with family and friends. As we return to school, we are excited to begin a new week filled with learning and several important events. Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our school community.

Jazz Band Rehearsal
Monday, December 1 – After School: The HCMS Jazz Band will rehearse after school as they prepare for upcoming performances. We appreciate their hard work and look forward to hearing their continued progress.
Basketball Home Game vs. Morris
Monday, December 1: Come cheer on our Bulls as they take on Morris at home! We encourage our families to join us in supporting our student-athletes.
Basketball Game at Huntsville High School
Wednesday, December 3: HCMS will play Huntsville Junior High at Huntsville High School. Good luck to our Bulls as they represent Hampton Cove Middle School on the road!
HAMAT Evacuation Drill
Thursday, December 4 – 1:40 PM: We will conduct our HAMAT Evacuation Drill to ensure students and staff are prepared in the event of an emergency. Teachers will review procedures with their classes beforehand to ensure the drill runs smoothly and safely.
STEAM Team FLL Qualifier at HCMS
Friday and Saturday, December 5–6: HCMS is honored to host the First Lego League Qualifier this weekend. Our STEAM Team has been working diligently, and we wish them the best of luck in the competition. We are proud to showcase their innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
