Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are looking forward to another great week at Hampton Cove Middle School as we continue building momentum in the second semester. Below are the important events and activities happening this week. Thank you for your continued support of our students and school.

Monday, January 12

Jazz Band will practice after school on Monday.

Tuesday, January 13

Our basketball teams will travel to Whitesburg Middle School for an away game. We wish our student-athletes the best of luck.

Join us for STEM Night, 5:00 - 6:30 PM, as we showcase student learning and provide hands-on activities for families. We hope to see you there!

Tuesday, January 13 – Thursday, January 15

Student-Led Conferences will take place over three days. These conferences provide students the opportunity to reflect on their progress, set goals, and share their learning with families.

Wednesday, January 14

We will host a Parent Track Meeting on Wednesday evening from 5:15–6:15 PM. We encourage families to attend and stay engaged in their student’s progress.

Thursday, January 15

We will conduct an intruder drill as part of our ongoing safety preparedness. This is a routine safety exercise to ensure students and staff know procedures.

Our basketball teams will host Whitesburg Middle School at home. We look forward to seeing our families and students in the stands supporting our Bulls!

Friday, January 16

We will operate on an activity schedule on Friday. Students and staff will also participate in a Student vs. Faculty Basketball Game. Tickets: $5 (cash or pay through School Fees; transaction fee applies). All proceeds will be donated to the American Heart Association.

Thank you for your continue partnership and support of Hampton Cove Middle School. We appreciate everything you do to help make our school community strong.

With Bull Pride,

Kris Martinez
