After the first two qualifying rounds of CyberPatriot 18, the HHS Cyber Team has secured the #1 ranking in the state of Alabama. Their combined score is an impressive 10% higher than the team in second place.
CyberPatriot, a network defense competition hosted by the Air and Space Forces Association, features more than 3,000 teams from across the nation competing for a chance to attend the national finals.
The HHS Cyber Team members are: Andrew Buchholz, Austil Baker, Walker Williams, Zayaan Kayan, Owen Brown, and Sam McMillion. Their dedication, teamwork, and technical skill have played a major role in achieving this top ranking.
The State Competition will be held December 11th through the 14th, where the team will compete for a chance to advance to the national finals.
