Students eating popsicles outside.

At McDonnell Elementary, we believe in celebrating students who make positive choices every day. Through our Positive Behavior Intervention Supports (PBIS) system, students earn points for demonstrating respect, responsibility, and readiness to learn.

During the first quarter, students in PreK through 5th grade worked hard to earn at least 75 PBIS points. Their reward? A fun-filled afternoon with popsicles and bounce houses!

Each grade level had the opportunity to enjoy a sweet treat and time to jump, laugh, and play together. The weather was perfect, adding to the excitement of the day. Smiles, laughter, and energy filled the air as students celebrated their hard work and positive behavior.

We are so proud of our McDonnell students and look forward to many more celebrations this year as they continue to show what it means to be their best every day!
