It may be summertime, but the learning never stops for the staff at MGMS! A group of our dedicated educators (Mrs. Frazier, Mrs. Ratcliff, Ms. Lynch and Ms. Dean) recently spent two action-packed days at The Ron Clark Academy, learning more about their renowned House System and discovering new ways to strengthen and grow our own school culture. Through hands-on experiences, collaboration, and leadership training, they gained valuable ideas to bring back to Mountain Gap Middle School.
We are proud of our staff for their commitment to continuous improvement and for investing their time to make MGMS an even better place for our students. The excitement is already building as they prepare to implement new strategies and traditions next school year. We can't wait to see the positive impact these experiences will have on our school community!
