The Battle of the Bears - our school's PTA's main fundraiser - is underway, but time to participate is running out! We have just over a week left to try to meet PTA's goal. Battle of the Bears is unique because students are not selling anything. It is run 100% by PTA volunteers, which means 100% of the money raised goes directly to helping our school.
PTA is hoping to raise $30,000 this year to help support Mountain Gap Schools with necessary funds throughout the school year! Last year, your support helped PTA fund:
$125 classroom reimbursements for every teacher
Teacher appreciation
Student programs
School improvements
Events, such as our 60th Anniversary Celebration
Your support makes a BIG difference at Mountain Gap, and we appreciate it!
September 24 is the last day for the fundraiser.
Our top 10 fundraisers overall will get:
Two free tickets to the fall dance
Lunch delivered to school
The House that wins will get 200 House Points plus a food truck and Free Play Friday on October 2. The second place house will get 100 House points.
