Today was “Health Care Hero Day” at Drake State Community and Technical College, and our 5th grade students had an incredible opportunity to participate! They returned full of smiles, excitement, and meaningful stories about everything they experienced throughout the day. During the visit, students were able to explore different areas of the healthcare field, engage in hands-on activities, and learn about future career possibilities. We truly value our strong partnership with Drake State Community and Technical College, as it continues to provide our students with real-world learning opportunities. A special thank you to Dr. Patricia Sims for the invitation and for supporting experiences that make a lasting impact on our students’ futures.
