Our Math Coach , Ms. Johnson, provided professional development for teachers in grades K–5 focused on strengthening fact fluency. During the session, teachers explored effective strategies and engaging activities to help students develop accuracy, efficiency, and confidence with their math facts. The training provided teachers with practical tools that can be implemented in the classroom to support daily fact fluency practice. Teachers also discussed ways to differentiate instruction based on students’ individual needs and current levels of mastery. We are excited to see these strategies in action as our teachers continue to support students in becoming confident and fluent mathematicians!
