From October 27 to 31, MMS honored Red Ribbon Week with theme days and treats. Red Ribbon Week is celebrated every year in memory of DEA agent Enrique (Kiki) S. Camarena, who lost his life in the line of duty in 1985. Since then, Red Ribbon Week has been a time to spread awareness of substance abuse. This year, MMS students wore team jerseys (camo/green), silly socks, red shirts, and Halloween attire.
