We honored our veterans with a special program on Monday, November 10. The band and choir performed patriotic music accompanying a slideshow highlighting our MMS Family veterans. Several students presented their Veterans Day essays explaining what veterans mean to them. Students set a table to symbolically honor all veterans and the sacrifices they have made. Mrs. Parrish (8 ELA) and Mr. Palmer (choir) performed the grand finale: Mariah Carey's "Hero." Veterans, we are truly grateful for your service.
