Ms. McCants's 7th grade ELA students have been hard at work on reading. Students used this quarter to read a chosen fiction novel for 30-45 minutes every Wednesday during Book Cafe. Students were focusing on finding textual evidence of literary elements including plot, setting, theme, character, etc. To finalize their reading and show their comprehension, students had to complete either a cereal box book report or shoe box diorama.
