Mrs. Carthen is an exceptional educator whose creativity, compassion, and commitment to student success inspire learners every single day. Her dedication helps create a classroom environment where all students feel valued and motivated to grow. We are equally proud to recognize Mr. Pete, our outstanding custodian who keeps our school looking its best and consistently goes above and beyond to support staff and students. His hard work, kindness, and positive spirit make a meaningful difference in our school community. We are truly grateful for both of these remarkable members of our Monte Sano family.
