Our students were beyond excited to speak with Lonnie Johnson. He shared about his incredible inventions, including our favorite, the Super Soaker, and inspired students with his journey as an inventor and engineer. Students learned about the importance of creativity, perseverance, and innovation in bringing ideas to life. They were especially engaged as Dr. Johnson answered their thoughtful questions and encouraged them to pursue their own dreams. We are truly thankful for the opportunity to hear firsthand from such an accomplished inventor and role model.
