We are excited to share that our GATE Teacher, Mrs. Young, was awarded an AMSTI grant that made it possible to purchase a set of Marty the Robot coding robots for our students! These innovative robots will give our Mountaineers hands-on opportunities to explore coding, robotics, problem-solving, and computational thinking. Students will be able to program Marty to move, dance, respond, and complete challenges while building valuable STEM skills along the way. We are so excited to see where our students’ creativity and curiosity take them as they learn, code, and innovate! The future is bright on the mountain!
