On Friday, November 7th, Montview proudly hosted its annual Veterans Day Program, a heartfelt event dedicated to honoring the brave men and women who have served in the United States Armed Forces. Parents, grandparents, and family members who served were invited to attend, and many joined us for this special celebration.

The program began with a touching video that helped students understand what it truly means to be a Veteran and the importance of their service. After the video, kindergarten and first grade students took the stage to perform "3 Cheers for the Red, White, and Blue." Waving small American flags, the students brought smiles to the crowd with their enthusiasm and patriotism. Their performance was followed by a schoolwide rendition of "You're a Grand Ole Flag," filling the room with unity and pride.

One of the highlights of the event was hearing from our very own math coach, Alice Steiner, who shared stories about her time in the military. Her message gave students a personal glimpse into the life of a service member and reminded everyone of the dedication and sacrifice Veterans make for our country.

The turnout for the program was outstanding, with families filling the space to show their support. It was a meaningful afternoon full of gratitude, reflection, and community spirit!
