Montview hosted a fun-filled two-day Field Day and PBIS celebration for all students. Kindergarten through second grade participated on Thursday, May 14, while third through fifth grade enjoyed their activities on Friday, May 15. Despite challenges caused by construction around the school, the event was a success with a wide variety of games and activities. Students enjoyed races, tug of war, soccer, flag football, frisbee tosses, kite flying, and more. They also received snacks and treats, including Kona Ice on Thursday and nachos on Friday. One of the most popular attractions was the large slide, which was dry in the morning and turned into a water slide in the afternoon. Students had a great time, and the school thanked all staff members and volunteers, especially Redstone Federal Credit Union, for helping make the event possible.
