New Century Technology High School

On Friday September 25th, the senior class took a trip to Atlanta, GA to spend the day at iFly Atlanta - an indoor skydiving experience! Students learned about the physics of skydiving and the mechanics of the wind tunnel used for the simulation. In three groups, students rotated between calculating their terminal velocity with the help of iFly instructors, attending flight school, and flying! Some of our students even chose to add a "high fly" around the upper heights of the tunnel! After another year of impressive ACT growth, this new tradition is quickly becoming a right of passage for our seniors and a great way to kick off senior year! Look at us soar!
