⚓ Doors Open at 7:30 AM
Ahoy, parents! You can walk your little pirates to their classrooms on Monday and Tuesday only. After that, students will sail in on their own — ready for a day of learning adventures!
📞 Keep Your Info Shipshape!
Please make sure your child’s teacher has your correct phone numbers and emergency contacts. If your child is a walker, drop by the front office to get a walker tag — it’s our way of keeping all our pirates safe on the homeward voyage.
🚢 Smooth Sailing Arrival & Dismissal
• Teachers will practice daily routines (arrival and dismissal) with students for the next two weeks.
• We’re exploring combining two carlines into one for easier pick-up.
• An earlier start time around 7:15 AM is under review to help ease morning traffic.
• Open Gate metal detectors will be at school entrances for safety.
Walker Tag Reminder
For your child to be dismissed as a walker, they must have an official "walker" tag.
To receive one, your home address must be verified with the front office.
If your child does not have a walker tag, they will not be allowed to walk home and will be placed in the appropriate carline for pickup.
Thank you for helping us keep all pirates safe!

What Are Open Gate Metal Detectors?
To help ensure the safety of all students and staff, Open Gate metal detectors will be in place at school entrances this year. These are walk-through detectors that do not require students to stop, remove items, or be searched individually.
They are designed to be quick, non-invasive, and efficient, allowing students to enter the building safely and smoothly without disrupting the flow of the morning routine.
Our goal is to maintain a secure learning environment while keeping the school day running smoothly for everyone.
🍎 Breakfast & Lunch — On the House!
Both breakfast and lunch are free this year! Breakfast will be served right in the classroom to fuel our young pirates for a day full of learning.
🏴☠️ Still Need a Teacher?
