Family Fun Night logo

Ridgecrest hosted its very first Family Fun Night on April 22nd. We had math games and prizes hosted by Mathnasium of Huntsville; the Scholastic Book Fair was open for shopping; GATE students led an Earth Day craft; we had registration open for next year; and we had two food trucks! It was a busy night and we had a great turnout. Many families enjoyed the games, crafts, and the opportunity to shop the book fair after school. They also enjoyed sweet treats from Kona Ice of Madison County and Butterfly Bliss Donut Truck. Volunteers from Alabama A&M Honors Program made this event possible and we so appreciate them coming to help! Columbia High School's Mariachi Band also played for our famlies and it was so cool!

It was such a great event, we may make it an annual one!!
