Mayfair Church of Christ, a community partner with Ridgecrest, every year blesses all of our students with a bag of food for Thanksgiving. This year volunteers from Mayfair delivered 450 reusable bags filled with items like stuffing mix, canned chicken, and cookie mix. Student Council, along with church volunteers, lined them along the benches at the front of our school so students could come pick them up and take them home. Students look forward to these bags every year and it brings tears to the eyes of teachers watching every student walk away with a food for their family. This partnership with Mayfair is such a blessing for our whole school community.
