Greenpower USA's purpose is to advance the understanding of STEM topics and inspire innovation in young people through the immersive experience of designing, building, and racing electric-powered vehicles. This year's Ridgecrest Goblin Greenpower team named themselves the Rocket Shockers and chose black and gold as this year's colors. After months of preparation with Ms. Aguilar and Coach Meadows, the team's sponsors, they raced against other Goblin cars on April 4th at Milton Frank Stadium. Despite some issues with their car, our students had the best attitudes and did their very best. We are so proud of their sportsmanship!
