A group of Rolling Hills Elementary staff, students, and community guests stand together in front of a newly unveiled mural by artist John “Jahni” Moore. The colorful mural features children, planets, and vibrant imagery representing learning, creativity, and imagination.

On August 28th, Rolling Hills Elementary welcomed families, students, and community members to our Open House, and what a wonderful evening it was!

Our Candyland-themed Open House was a night to remember! Families, students, and community guests traveled through colorful “stops” across Rolling Hills — from meeting teachers in the classrooms, to enjoying dinner catered by Joe Mo's Ba-Ba-Que in the cafeteria, to greeting our principal, to connecting with our community partners, and finally arriving at the sweetest stop of all: the unveiling of our new mural created by renowned artist John “Jahni” Moore. The breathtaking artwork now brightens our school and stands as a symbol of creativity, unity, and pride in the Rolling Hills spirit.

Events like these remind us that at Rolling Hills Elementary, learning is sweet, community is strong, and our future is bright. Each stop along the way was filled with learning, laughter, and community spirit, making this Open House truly a sweet success. Thank you to everyone who joined us on the journey!
