Rolling Hills Elementary was honored to welcome members of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) to our school for a special presentation with our students.
During their visit, the DAR representatives shared fascinating stories and insights about American history, patriotism, and the importance of preserving our nation’s heritage. Students learned about the organization’s mission to promote education, historic preservation, and civic responsibility.
The interactive discussion encouraged students to think about the values of citizenship, community service, and pride in our country’s history. Our students were excited to ask questions and connect what they’ve been learning in class to real-life examples of civic engagement.
We extend our sincere thanks to the Daughters of the American Revolution for taking the time to inspire our young learners and for helping us keep history alive at Rolling Hills Elementary!
