Rolling Hills Elementary School (RHES) wrapped up National School Attendance Month in September with an exciting day of rewards, recognition, and celebration! Throughout the month, students were encouraged to make school attendance a priority and understand the important role being present each day plays in academic success.
To close out the month, RHES celebrated students who were present on September 30 with a special attendance incentive. Students in attendance that day were entered into a drawing for exciting prizes, delicious treats, and gift cards! The celebration added an extra dose of excitement while reinforcing the importance of showing up and being ready to learn.
RHES also recognized classrooms that demonstrated the highest participation during the attendance initiative. These classes earned special classroom celebrations to reward their collective efforts and encourage teamwork, responsibility, and school pride.
At Rolling Hills Elementary, we know that every school day counts! Regular attendance helps students stay engaged in learning, build meaningful relationships, and develop habits that support long-term success. Through our Operation Get Here initiative, we continue to encourage students and families to make daily attendance a priority.
We are proud of our students, teachers, and families for helping make Attendance Month a success! As we continue Blasting into Excellence, we remain committed to creating a school culture where showing up, participating, and striving for success are celebrated.
At RHES, we don't just show up—we show up ready to shine!
