The kickoff for the 2024-2025 Federal Impact Aid Survey is open from October 17 till December 10. The Impact Aid Survey Form will be in the Parent Portal of PowerSchool. Parents/Guardians will need to have an Account in PowerSchool to complete the form. Please start encouraging all parents/guardians to create an Account in PowerSchool if they do not have one. ETV will be sending out a notice on October 17 to all parents about the Impact Aid Survey Kickoff which will include instructions on how to complete the form electronically and how to set up an Account in PowerSchool. Attached is the flyer to share with your families in a newsletter and on social media.
The Impact Aid Survey Form is not available electronically in Spanish. Attached is the Spanish Version of the form. Please do not distribute the form before October 17. Please give all Spanish speaking students a copy of the form.
The deadline for completing the Impact Aid Form is October 31, but of course we will continue to take them past the deadline.
