I’ve attached a quick guide that walks you through how to transfer your materials from your Fall semester course into your Spring course shell. You can also use this guide to transfer materials next school year as well. In Canvas, you will always have access to previous course shells you were enrolled in.
Please note that Fall courses officially close on January 3, 2026, but you will still have access to your course content after that date. The closure simply marks the end of student access and active enrollment.
