Whitesburg Middle School was full of school spirit as students and staff came together for an exciting pep rally celebrating our football and volleyball teams! The gym was packed with energy as our Lions cheered on their classmates and showed their support for our student-athletes. It was a great opportunity for the entire school to come together and show what Lion Pride is all about!
Our football team was recognized as they continue their season representing Whitesburg on the field. Students filled the gym with cheers and excitement as the players were introduced and celebrated. We are proud of the hard work, dedication, and teamwork our football players and coaches demonstrate each week.
We also celebrated our amazing volleyball team! Our volleyball players have worked hard throughout the season, and the pep rally gave our students and staff a chance to recognize them and cheer them on. Whether competing on the field or the court, our student-athletes continue to make Whitesburg proud!
The Lion spirit continued outside of the school day with a special staff tailgate at Milton Frank Stadium. Whitesburg faculty and staff gathered together before the football game for food, fellowship, and plenty of school spirit. It was a fun opportunity for our staff to spend time together while supporting our students and athletes.
Events like these remind us that Whitesburg is more than just a school—we are a community. From students cheering in the stands to teachers supporting our athletes after school, it was a week filled with teamwork, encouragement, and Lion Pride. We are proud of our football and volleyball teams and thankful for everyone who continues to support our Lions. ROAR, LIONS!
