October is National Principals Month, a time to recognize and celebrate the school leaders who work each day to create positive places for students to learn, teachers to teach, and communities to grow.
At Weatherly Heights Elementary, we are proud to celebrate our principal, Mrs. Melillo, and thank her for the countless ways she supports our Roadrunners.
Mrs. Melillo leads with dedication, kindness, and a genuine commitment to our students, staff, and families. Whether she is supporting teachers, encouraging students, solving the many challenges that come with leading a school, or taking care of the countless details behind the scenes, her leadership helps make Weatherly Heights a place where everyone can belong and thrive.
A principal’s impact reaches into nearly every part of a school day, often in ways that may go unnoticed. Mrs. Melillo is always present, engaged, and ready to cheer on our Roadrunners through both everyday moments and special accomplishments.
During National Principals Month, we want to say a BIG thank you to Mrs. Melillo for her hard work, leadership, and heart for Weatherly Heights. Her dedication makes a difference every day, and we are grateful to have her leading our school community.
Happy National Principals Month, Mrs. Melillo! Thank you for all you do for our Roadrunners!
