8th grade students completing an investigation on comparing mixtures

In 8th-grade science, students investigated matter through four mini labs. Each lab focused on a different property of matter, such as mass, volume, density, and phase changes. Students collected data, made observations, and compared results to better understand how matter behaves. Through hands-on experiments, they saw that matter is made of particles and follows predictable patterns. These labs helped students connect scientific concepts to real-world examples of how matter changes and interacts.
