Williams Middle School

The Minute to Win It PBIS celebration was a high-energy, student-centered event designed to reward positive behavior and promote teamwork, perseverance, and school spirit. Students rotated through a variety of fast-paced, one-minute winter-themed challenges that encouraged problem-solving, cooperation, and friendly competition. The activities were inclusive and engaging, allowing all students to participate and experience success while following expectations for safety, respect, and responsibility. Laughter, encouragement, and positive interactions filled the space as students cheered one another on and celebrated their achievements. This event reinforced PBIS values by showing students that positive choices lead to fun, meaningful rewards and a strong sense of community.
