Artemis students enjoyed a day of hands-on learning as they visited the EarlyWorks Museum.
Students toured the Museum as a group, learning how to milk cows, building various objects like wheels, playing in the foam area and of course, engaging in STEM and history lessons.
"It was so much fun. I got to use giant Legos and wore a construction hat," second grader Francis Runion said.
Teachers Chrissy Gleason and Stephanie Bedwell organized a couple of field trips during the school year to give students a chance to meet new friends and socialize away from the screen.
"We love seeing students enjoy the locations we take them," Gleason said. "But it is more fun to see them making new friends and enjoying each other's company."
