After HCS City Track Meet this past Wednesday our Girls Track Team brought home the Silver Medal out of all HCS Middle Schools! Way to go ladies! The boys team showed up and tried their best! We are incredibly proud of both teams for he hard work and dedication this season!
More specifically:
Kat Salehi took silver in the discuss and bronze in the shot put. With her personal best for both those events.
A'aniyah Strickland took gold in the long jump! Also a PR set for herself during that event.
Clarke Wilson took 3rd place for 400 meter run.
La'Zariah Dejourney took 3rd place in the hurdles!
Uriah Funches took 1st for long long jump!
