Our welding and machining students showcased their skills and brought home some wins at the Drake State welding and machining competitions.

A big congratulations goes to Logan Wilson, who earned first place in the Advanced Welding contest at Drake State. His outstanding performance secured him a full scholarship, a testament to his skill, hard work, and dedication to the craft.

We also celebrate Mason Conn, who earned second place in the Intermediate Welding contest. His achievement reflects the strong talent and training within our welding program.

In addition, Josh Williams proudly represented HCT by earning third place in the machining competition, demonstrating remarkable precision and technical ability.

We couldn’t be more proud of these students and the commitment they’ve shown to excellence in their fields. Their success highlights the strength of our programs and the bright futures ahead for each of them.
