Dawson Elementary is proud to partner with Read Aloud Alabama to support student learning. Each week, volunteers visit classrooms to read aloud to students in grades 2 through 4. The program helps foster a love of reading while building listening and comprehension skills. Teachers say students look forward to the weekly visits and the stories shared. School leaders note that partnerships like this are one of the many reasons Dawson is a great place to learn.
