A Visit to the Midwest Pro Black Rodeo

Our 4th, 5th, and 6th graders had an incredible opportunity today attending the Midwest Pro Black Rodeo at Alabama A&M University, Students experienced the excitement of rodeo events and learned about the rich history and legacy of Black cowboys and cowgirls. It was a fun and meaningful day of learning outside the classroom. A special thank you to Michelle Watkins, Councilwoman for District 1, for helping make this experience possible for our students!
