Dawson students in grades 2–6 kicked off testing with a high-energy pep rally to prepare for their Reading and Math ACAP assessments. The morning featured an exciting performance from the 6th grade drum line and spirited support from the Dawson Lion Cheerleaders. Students were also surprised with a special visit from members of the A&M football team, adding to the excitement. The event created a loud, proud atmosphere that energized students for the days ahead. Now, Dawson scholars are ready to show Alabama what it truly means to be Dawson True and Tried.
