Primary roles and responsibilities include:
Recruiting, selecting, and assisting in the placement of qualified education professionals
Conducting and coordinating a wide variety of on-going professional development activities for teachers and for aspiring and practicing administrators
Conducting yearly needs assessments to ensure alignment of professional development activities to district instructional goals.
