Congratulations to former Grissom football standout Jon Sumrall on being named the new head coach of Tulane University!
Sumrall, who was previously the head coach at Troy, won back-to-back Sun Belt Conference championships with the Trojans.

Congratulations to the Lee Lady Generals on advancing to the 6A/7A state Flag Football semifinals after defeating Hewitt-Trussville Monday evening 32-13 at Milton Frank Stadium, securing their spot in the state semifinals against Vestavia Hills.


Veterans Day will be observed on Friday, Nov. 10, 2023. All schools and offices will be closed.
Classes will resume Monday, Nov. 13, 2023. Progress reports will go home Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2023.
